1. Shipping and Postage
Plants are posted Royal Mail first class post.
We post plants out on Mondays -Thursday. We do not post out on Fridays because we do not want the plants to sit
in a wharehouse over the weekend.
Other sundry items are sent out Royal Mail second class post.
We will always combine the postage charge as much as possible - we believe that you should pay the minimum postage cost possible.
2. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. It must be in its original
condition and packaging.
Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery. Refunds cannot be made for
perishable products i.e plants.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is specified, resulting in failed delivery, redelivery can be arranged
(subject to a redelivery cost) or a refund can be issued less delivery costs. Where goods are faulty postage costs will be refunded.
